2. The endorsements are recorded and the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Arakkonam and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Ranipet. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
