ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17680 of 2025, dated 23.06.2025, that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- by way of Demand Draft to the Arignar 1/4

Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram and the condition of furnishing two blood sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is hailing from very poor family and the petitioner has no blood relatives to offer as sureties. Therefore, the petitioner is unable to comply with the bail condition of deposit and furnishing blood sureties, imposed on him by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17680 of 2025. He also submitted that though the petitioner was granted bail on 23.06.2025, he could not come out of the jail due to the aforesaid conditions. He also submitted that the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(c) of the said order by this Court, that the petitioner shall stay at Hosur and report before the Hosur police station daily morning at 10:30 a.m., and evening at 05:30 p.m. for a period of fifteen days is a onerous one and sought for modification of the aforesaid conditions.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of 2/4

offence, this Court is inclined to cancel the condition towards deposit of Rs.25,000/- to the Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram and also the condition of furnishing two blood sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall furnish two normal sureties as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17680 of 2025, dated 23.06.2025. Similarly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6(c) in Crl.O.P.No.17680 of 2025, dated 23.06.2025 is also modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
