ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents to take necessary action for considering the petitioner's claim for the grant of compassionate appointment for the services rendered by the petitioner's father in the respondent milk producers union.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner seeking grant of compassionate appointment, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
