O R D E R

The respondent has entered appearance through counsel and also filed counter. Though the respondent has filed counter, learned counsel for the respondent submits that, since the petitioner has sought transfer of the case to a Court within whose jurisdiction she resides, the respondent does not have any objection for such transfer and an endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. Endorsement is recorded. The transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Nilgiris at Udhagamandalam and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. It shall be open to the respondent to pray before the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to refer the parties to mediation.

No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
