O R D E R

This contempt petition alleges the wilful disobedience of the respondents to the order passed by this Court in WP.No.5231/2021 dated 05.03.2021.

2. In the writ petition filed, this Court has directed the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram, to dispose of certain pending proceedings before him. This has been done vide proceedings dated 30.12.2021, and this Court is informed that the writ petitioner has appealed against that order before the DRO concerned.

3. In view of the above, for the present, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Accordingly, Contempt Petition closed. The DRO concerned is now required to dispose of the appeal pending before him/her, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
