Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the circulars issued by the second respondent in No.DGET-19(22)/2012-CD, dated 06.08.2012 and No.DGET-19(16)/2012-CD, dated 27.11.2013 and DGT12/01/2016-TC, dated 14.12.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to run the institute on the basis of the permanent affiliation granted by the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
