(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petition enquiry against the petitioner is pending in C.S.R.No.1854 of 2020.
3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. During the enquiry, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.
