This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to implement the provision of Rule 6(A) of The Special Rules of Agricultural Engineering Services, by shifting the re-designated Assistant Engineers from the Seniority list of Junior Engineer to the Seniority list of Assistant Engineers and further to consider them under the quota 3⁄4 (75%) reserved for Assistant Engineers, by considering the representation dated 19.07.2024 of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
