O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the the respondents 3 and 4 to issue revised sketch by including the same in revenue records by carry out correction to that effect in so far relating to T.S.No.7/4, Ward No.E-6, Pallapatti Village, Salem Municipal Corporation Limit, Salem, Salem District and pass appropriate orders accordingly.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate as well as perused the material available on records.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel on either side, it is seen that according to the order dated 23.07.2021 passed this Court in W.P. No.12800 of 2021, the 3rd respondent herein has complied with the orders passed by the 1st respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.2891/2021/A3 dated 16.02.2021. However, since no revised sketch has been issued for 74 feet on the southern side of the said land in T.S. No.7/4, Ward No.E-6, Pallapatti Village, Salem Municipal Corporation Limit, Salem, Salem District, having carried out the necessary correction in the revenue records, the petitioner has made representation dated 03.09.2021 to the respondents to do the same.

As there is no reply and suitable orders from the respondents on the representation of the petitioner so far, the respondents 3 and 4 are hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2021 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law after perusing the relevant revenue records and other documents. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the case.
