2. Ms.M.Kokila, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity] but made a plea to file a fresh HCP on the same issue with same / similar prayer. Learned counsel submitted that party / parties need to be added as co-respondents and therefore, this request is made.

3. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/4

4. In the light of the aforementioned endorsement and reiteration of the same, captioned HCP is disposed of as withdrawn / closed albeit preserving all rights of the petitioner, absentee and or anyone concerned for absentee to file a fresh HCP with same / similar prayer.
