ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in clause 6(b) of the bail order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12250 of 2026, directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. until further orders. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the trial in the case has commenced.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12250 of 2026 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.
