ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 457, 380, 511 of IPC, in Crime No.959 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused said to have threatened the defacto complainant, taken away gold and money from the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in noway connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed counter and submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet has also been filed. He further submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has involved in serious offences and the petitioner is a habitual offender, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
