This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 134 days in re-presenting SA.SR.No.140003 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Junior counsel attached with the office left the office without informing the return of bundle.

Meanwhile, due to prevailing Covid-19 situation, there was a lock-down and the Advocate Chambers were closed. Hence the delay has occurred.

3. Accepting the reasons stated by the petitioner, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Delay of 134 days in re-presenting SA.SR.No.140003 of 2019 is condoned.
