[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the representation dated 26.07.2019 to grant permission to perform better treatment, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.Inasmuch as the detenu having been enlarged on bail, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no order is required.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
