Earlier, this Court by order dated 18.12.2019, directed the petitioner to produce the child on 29.12.2019, to enable the respondent to see the child and the matter is listed today for reporting compliance.

2. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the order has been complied with and the child has been produced before the respondent on 29.12.2019. Hence, no further order is required. If the parties want to file any additional affidavit or rejoinder, they are at liberty to do so but they should not file any interlocutory application for any purpose. The trial Court will conduct day to day hearing and dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.659 of 2017 on or before 31.01.2020 as directed earlier by this Court by order dated 18.12.2019.
