This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Family Judge, Salem to dispose of the F.C.O.P.No.100/2011, pending on its file.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, on 17/2/2016, the learned Family Judge, Salem, submitted a report, dated 14/3/2016 stating that orders were passed, on 11/5/2015, in F.C.O.P.No.100 of 2011, granting decree on the ground of cruelty under Section 13 (1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
