With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider sanctioning SC/SCC/ST/SCA Scholarship 2014-2015 bearing Ref.Scholarship/ACTE/2014-15/1201 on the basis of the recommendation dated 27.04.2015 of the 4th respondent.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now the petitioner is studying in B.E. third year year, he had applied for Scholarship, but the same was rejected by the second respondent. The petitioner has already paid the first year and second year fees and also part of third year fees, by taking hand loan and by selling the jewels of his mother. If the scholarship is not sanctioned atleast now, the petitioner would be prejudiced and he could not continue his education.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the fourth respondent dated 27.04.2015 in the form of a recommendation to offer scholarship to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
