The plaintiff in C.S.No.416 of 2020 has filed this application under Order XIV rule 8 of Original Side Rules r/w Section 151 of CPC, praying for the relief of an interim direction, directing the respondents to produce all statements relating to all bank accounts pertaining to the 6th respondent Society from 2009 to till date.

2. After numbering this application, this Court ordered for sending notice to respondents 1 to 7. Accordingly, notices have also been served on the respondents. But after receiving notice, respondents have not entered appearance. Hence, their names are printed in today's cause list.

3. In respect to the prayer sought for in the application, the applicant specifically seeks for a direction, directing the respondents to produce all statements relating to all bank accounts pertaining to the 6th respondent society from 2009 to till date.

4. Though the respondents in this application have not appeared and raised any objection, in respect to the said prayer, in the affidavit filed by the applicant, she has not stated the details of bank in which the 6th respondent, is having account. In the said circumstances, without furnishing any details, a direction, directing the respondents to produce the following documents from the year 2009 to till date, viz., all accounts, books of accounts, challans, bills, invoices, purchase orders, salary receipts, minutes of meeting of meetings of the general body, management committee and advisory council, statutory filings, resolutions, auditor statements, certificate of registration, cannot be granted.

5. Hence, in view of the above, the application in A.No.3278 of 2020, is dismissed as not maintainable.
