Writ Petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorarified mandamus Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in ROC.No.8325/A/2019 dated 27/06/2019 on the file of the Respondent and quash the same, consequentially direct the Respondent to issue Registration Certificate by registering the petitioner as Advocate Clerk by considering the petitioners Application dated 10/06/2019 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Honourable court(in WP.No.22821/2019) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NEELAKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The Principal District Judge, Namakkal had addressed the Registrar General, High Court, Madras an Official Communication dated 30.04.2021 seeking further extension of time to conduct an enquiry as directed in the present Writ Petition.

2. It is stated by the Principal District Judge, Namakkal, that on a string of dates, there were absence of either one of the two parties. Therefore, further two months time may be granted to complete the enquiry and submit a action taken report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
