JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the Plaintiff filed a joint memo stating that the matter has been settled out of Court between the plaintiff and the Defendant.

2. In view of the joint memo, this Civil Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Half of the Court Fee is ordered to be refunded as per law. No costs.
