Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to MP.No.7/2014,A1 dated 15.07.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and forbear the respondents from interfering with petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment in the leased premises comprised in Nachiappan Road in Dharmapuri Town, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District till he continues to be in lawful occupation of the same as a tenant under the 3rd respondent herein. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has circulated a Letter dated 09.03.2017 to the Registry to that effect.
