This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11993 of 2022 on 19.05.2022 to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 20.06.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
