ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to stop all the proceedings in S.C No.168 of 2018, pending on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P No.16889 of 2019 dated 01.07.2019.

2. The grievance expressed by the petitioner in this petition is that inspite of the proceedings in S.C No.168 of 2018 being quashed, the Court below is proceeding further with the case and fixing dates for hearing.

3. It is very clear from the order passed in Crl.O.P No.16889 of 2019, dated 01.07.2019, that the entire proceedings have been quashed in S.C No.168 of 2018. Therefore, the Court below is not supposed to continue with the proceedings since the proceedings itself has become non-est.
