The sole appellant reported died on 27.03.2015. 2.C.M.P.No.18376 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant/Muthu Devar on record in S.A.No.1285 of 2014; C.M.P.No.18379 of 2021 has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased/Muthu Devar on record in the above second appeal viz., S.A.No.1285 of 2014.

3.The factum of the death of the sole appellant and the proposed appellants are the legal representatives of the deceased are not under dispute.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of two weeks. Post the matter after two weeks.
