2.This Court disposed of the writ petition by order dated 26.07.2024 on the impression that a review petition was pending before the 1st respondent under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

Even though the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner pointed out that the review petition stated to have been filed and pending had been disposed of by the Government even before this Court disposed of this writ petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can file a review application if he wants further clarification of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition.
