ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pay the Family Pension amount to the petitioner from January 2020 due to the death of her husband namely, K.Balaraman in the petitioner's Bank Account [i.e., Andhra Bank, Washermanpet Branch, A/c.No.063710100105205, I.F.S.C.Code:-ANDB0000637] by considering the petitioner's representations dated 01.08.2020 and 13.08.2021.

2. Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned Counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent, the learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the 2nd respondent on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2020 and 13.08.2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Considering the limited scope of prayer in the writ petition to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's representations dated 01.08.2020 and 13.08.2021, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 01.08.2020 and 13.08.2021 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
