This Review Application is filed to review the order dated 05.04.2010 passed in C.R.P.No.850 of 2010 by this Court.

2. The Review Petition is of the year 2010. No notice was ordered to the respnodent till date. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Kingston Jerold, learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner is not in a position to represent about the stage of the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2005 on the file of District Munsif Court, Palladam.

3. In the above circumstances, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs. The learned District Munsif Court, Palladam is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2005, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed. 30.08.2017 rgr To The District Munsif Court, Palladam.
