.. Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to increase the quantum of assistance by at least 24 percent to the persons with disabilities as per the proviso to Section 24(1) of The

Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 in GO. (2D) No.67 dated 21.12.2020 issued by the first respondent and credit the same into the accounts of the persons of disabilities through which the disabled pension is credited.
