ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent, the Inspector of Police, Kaarimangalam Police Station, Dharmapuri District to register the First Information Report regarding the petitioner complaint dated 23.07.2019 vide CSR.No.175/2019 dated 7.6.2019 and also to complete the investigation and file a final report accordingly within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
