Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the order of the 1st Respondent made in G.O.(Ms).No.276 dated 13.12.2012, quash the same in so far as petitioner's concerned and consequential direction, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners as Technical Assistant.
