PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct respondents 1 to 3 provide necessary and adequate police protection to the Petitioner and her son Mr.Dominic at the premises at Old No.91, subsequently No.91, now New Door No.145, Lal Bahadur Shastri Street (Easlier Bussy Street), Pondicherry.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2.It is seen from records that the petitioner has already given a complaint to the 3rd respondent for taking action against the accused person.
3.The learned Public Prosecutor on instruction submitted that the complaint has already been forwarded to the Land Grabbing Cell, Puducheery headed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate.
4.In view of the above development, the Land Grabbing Cell, Puducherry is directed to enquire the parties and proceed further with the complaint in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 35. Criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
