O R D E R
This petition has been filed challenging the condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner.
2.The respondent police have registered an FIR for an offence under Section 302 of IPC. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.10.2018. The petitioner filed a bail petition before the Court below. The Court below on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner by imposing certain conditions.
3.The petitioner is aggrieved by one of the condition imposed by the Court below, wherein the Court below had directed one of the surety should be a blood relative. According to the petitioner, there is no blood relative for him and his wife has also left him and therefore the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the said condition.

4.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a likesum. The petitioner shall also report before the Principal Sessions Judge, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
