ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 07.02.2022.
2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the past three years, the respondents have neither reviewed the suspension nor passed any final orders in the disciplinary proceedings.
3. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that they have already received the enquiry report and they would pass final orders within a reasonable time.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that though he has challenged the suspension order, in view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the respondents may be directed to pass final orders within a reasonable time.
5. In view of the submissions, without going into the merits of the case,
this Court directs the respondents to pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
