ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.03.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for taking over of the lands belonging to the temple pursuant to the order passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 14.11.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for HR&CE produced the written instructions received from the 3 rd respondent. The relevant portions are extracted hereunder :-

It is clear from the above that already steps have been taken to survey the land and to evict the illegal occupants and to take over the control of the property by the Executive Officer.
