(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, for the respondents.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner and her grand sons received a notice dated 11.12.2018 under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, in relation to a concrete wall in their property, which is situated at Survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.79/14, Thammanaickenpatti Village, Salem. Hence, the petitioner preferred a representation against the said notice. The said representation is addressed to the Tahsildar, Salem South, Salem, and it is dated 27.12.2018.

3.The prayer of the petitioner is that the said representation be considered and orders be passed thereon within a reasonable time.

4.The learned Government Advocate stated that the representation of the petitioner will be considered expeditiously and only if it is found that there is no substance therein, they will issue a notice under Section 6 of the said Act in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, no further directions are necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.24645 of 2019 is closed.
