This petition has been filed to implead (i) the District Collector, Tiruvallur District and (ii) the Division Engineer (C & M), Highways Department, Tiruvallur, as respondents 4 and 5 respectively in the writ petition.

The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the proposed respondents and has no objection to allowing this petition seeking impleadment.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of the no objection of the learned Government Advocate, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
