This petition has been filed to amend the cause title in respect of the first respondent as the State of Tamil Nadu, represented by its Secretary, Highways Department, Fort St.George, Chennai, instead of the Government of Tamil Nadu, Highways Department, No.484, MTB Building, Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai.

The learned Government Advocate has no objection to allowing this petition seeking amendment of cause title.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of the no objection of the learned Government Advocate, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
