This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition to deposit 10% of the amount allegedly involved ie. Rs.4,88,70,000/- to the credit of the Crime No.65 of 2025 in the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee in Crl.M.P.No.1072 of 2025, dated 20.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report is not yet filed.

4. In view of the fact that the final report has not yet been filed, the condition imposed by the trial Court dated 20.06.2025 that the petitioners shall deposit 10% of the amount allegedly involved (ie.) Rs.4,88,70,000/- to the credit of the Crime No.65 of 2025 is modified and the said condition is deleted. The other conditions should be complied. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered. 2/4
