The petitioner made a representation on 30.10.2015, stating that though he has successfully completed the work assigned to him, in pursuance of the tender allotted in his favour, the income tax and TDS certificates are not provided to him. Therefore, a request was made by the petitioner to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 vide representation dated 30.10.2015, seeking to provide the above said certificates. As the said representation is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner before the respondent No. 1, the said authority is directed to consider and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 30.10.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed off. No costs.
