O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the FIR based on the petitioner complaint dated 22.09.2021 and CSR dated 22.09.2021. 2.The grievances of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint to the second respondent police on 22.09.2021 and C.S.R.No.1375 of 2021 assigned on the same day, thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the second respondent police had directed the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police along with the materials in support of his complaint. But the petitioner herein failed to appear before the respondent police. Hence further enquiry in this case could not be conducted.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner would appear before the respondent police on 30.11.2021.

5.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 30.11.2021, along with the materials in support of his complaint.

6.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
