O R D E R

The relief sought for herein is to quash the order dated 31.07.2010 passed by the second respondent, by deleting the name of the petitioner from the list of beneficiaries, with regard to allotment of house under the Tsunami Housing Scheme. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions from the petitioner, despite several enquiries.

3.This Court is of the view that the prayer made in this writ petition cannot be considered at this distant point of time. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
