Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the 2nd and 3rd respondent in getting the release of the petitioner daughter R.Kalaiselvi, aged 22 years, who is in the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent and produce her before this Hon'ble Court for necessary action and also to pass suitable orders to hand over the petitioner daughter R.Kalaiselvi to petitioner.
