O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to defreeze the petitioner's ICICI Bank Account No.155401001337 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions of both sides, this Court is of the view that as the second respondent-Bank freezed the account of the petitioner based on the instructions of the third respondent-Police viz., the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, CCS, 1st Floor, Old Commissioner Office, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad - 500 029, Telangana State, is outside the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court cannot give any positive direction to the second respondent - Bank to defreeze the account of the petitioner, 2/4

without knowing the nature and stage of the complaint. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
