ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 427 and 506 of IPC in Crime No.1197 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.It is seen from the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner already filed anticipatory bail petition before the Principal Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.13793 of 2020 and it is still pending. In view of the submissions that the anticipatory bail petition filed is pending before the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai., this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
