Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

This petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.7.2012, and dispose of the same, in accordance with law. The main relief prayed for by the petitioner, in the representation, dated 19.7.2012, is that the 3rd respondent should be recognized as the Educational Agency for all the Schools run by the 3rd respondent.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondent had filed an affidavit, dated 30.7.2015, before this Court, stating that the relief prayed for by the petitioner, in the representation, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

19.7.2012, had been granted by respondents 1 and 2, by recognizing the 3rd respondent as the Educational Agency for all the Schools run by them. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the averments made by the 3rd respondent, in its affidavit, dated 30.7.2015.
