O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Rent Court dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking permission of the Court to file additional counter to the main original petition.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner raised necessary averment regarding the competency of the respondent to maintain original petition in counter to main original petition itself and therefore, the respondent has no serious objection for allowing the additional counter sought to be filed by the petitioner, wherein the said objection is reiterated.

3. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent is recorded and the impugned order is set aside. The petitioner is permitted to file additional counter to the main original petition. Taking into consideration, the main original petition was of the year 2022 and the procedure to be followed under the special enactment is summary in nature, this Court is inclined direct the Rent Court to dispose of the main original petition as expeditiously as possible. 2/4
