ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to measure the land comprised in S.F.No.5/2C1 measuring an extent of P.Hectare 0-9.00 situated at Kunampatti village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri Dsitrict and earmark the boundaries by considering the petitioner's Online Application No.2025/0123/31/009656 dated 02.04.2025.

Mr.M.Vignesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased the land comprised in S.F.No.5/2C1 measuring an extent of P.Hectare 0-9.00 situated at Kunampatti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District by virtue of a Sale Deed which was registered as Document No.1708 of 2025 on the file of Sub-Registrar Office, Uthangarai. After the purchase of said land, petitioner and her family members have been in absolute possession and enjoyment of the said land. 2/5

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has submitted an Online Application dated 02.04.2025 before the 1st respondent, seeking to earmark the boundaries of the subject land. It is also submitted that the petitioner paid the necessary fees to measure and earmark the boundaries of the subject land. However, no steps have been taken by the respondents to measure and earmark the boundaries of the subject land. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would consider the petitioner's Online Application dated 02.04.2025 and they would measure and earmark the boundaries of the subject land, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to measure and earmark the boundaries of the subject land, after giving prior notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and other interested parties including rival claimants if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy of this order without waiting for the receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondents to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. Today, the case is listed under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the writ 6/5
petition was disposed of vide order dated 02.07.2025 and seeks clarification regarding replacement of year of the Document Number in paragraph No.3 of the order.
3. The learned counsel for respondents submitted that he has no objection to the above submission of the learned counsel for petitioner.
4. Heard both sides.

In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, 3rd paragraph of the order in W.P.No.23679 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025, is substituted with the following paragraph: "3.Mr.M.Vignesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased the land comprised in S.F.No.5/2C1 measuring an extent of P.Hectare 0-9.00 situated at Kunampatti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District by virtue of a Sale Deed which was registered as Document No.1708 of 2005 on the file of SubRegistrar, Uthangarai,. After purchase of said land, petitioner and her family members have been in absolute possession and enjoyment of the said land."

6. Except the above modification, all other paragraphs made in the earlier order dated 02.07.2025 shall remain intact. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue the corrected order copy to the parties forthwith.
