ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the impugned order passed by 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa1.1210/2020, dated 21.12.2020 and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service till the date of superannuation i.e., 30.06.2023.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the counsel for both sides that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, an order has been passed to allow the petitioner to continue in service till 30.06.2023. Hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
