This Petition has been filed to enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of her arrest in respect of Crime No.313 of 2023 u/s.384 & 506(i) IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, Maraimalar Nagar Police Station, Chengalpattu District, pending investigation.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner already arrested and granted bail by this Court.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the Respondent, nothing survives in this Petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
