ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 24 of 2020 on the file of the

respondent to some other investigating agency.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein has no say in the investigation done by the respondent. Therefore, he seeks transfer of investigation from the respondent to some other investigating agency.

3. Heard both sides.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation from the respondent to some other investigating agency, since the petitioner cannot choose to transfer the investigation according to his whims and fancies.
